CM Directs Immediate Launch of Red & Blue Code Emergency System in Hospitals July 7, 2025, a meeting chaired by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif took important decisions to improve medical facilities in government hospitals of the province. Measures such as implementing the “Red & Blue Code” emergency system in all hospitals, ensuring the availability of ventilators and heart specialists, monitoring of nursing staff, hospital audits, provision of free medicines, and establishment of a health vigilance squad were announced. She also stressed transparency in appointments of hospital administration, CCTV monitoring, and prompt redressal of complaints.
Emergency Code Implemented in Hospitals
