Ilm Packet
Ilm Packet: Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur formally launched the Ilm Packet program in 2025, with the main objective of enrolling one million children in schools across the province, who are currently out of the education system. About 21 percent of the province’s total education budget has been allocated for the primary and secondary education sector to successfully achieve this mission
Goals and Strategies
- Inclusion of young children:
Focus on children between the ages of five and sixteen, especially in merged districts where literacy rates are very low
- Launch of sick districts:
The “Ilm Tolo Da Para” campaign was started from merged districts and later expanded to the entire province
- Improvement in school infrastructure:
Construction of new schools, conversion of surplus schools into technical and vocational centers, and elimination of ghost schools

Benefits and facilities
The students who take admission will be provided with:
- Free school bags, books, and stationery
- Students will also get additional assistance under the Taleem Card Scholarship Program later (more details will be given in the references).
Monitoring and involvement of authorities
The campaign is being fully monitored by a monitoring system under Ali Amin Gandapur himself, so that each district administration and education department is fully accountable. In addition, parents, teachers, religious leaders, and youth volunteers have also been made an integral part of the campaign

Overview of achievements
- Last year, about 1.3 million Jewish children joined schools for the first time, which increased the base letter of the campaign
- The education budget has been significantly increased to increase the literacy rate of the province and to ensure the long-term success of the program

Infrastructure, teacher availability, and continuity of funding are very important.

A committee has been formed to update the education curriculum according to market needs to promote skills and modern education
