Global IT Certification Program
Global IT Certification Program: This program is a Punjab government initiative supervised by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), under which youth are provided with international-level IT certifications such as from Google, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, Meta, etc. The certification fee is officially refunded by the government to the applicant.

Once the candidate completes the certification, the Punjab government will refund the certification fee.

In various fields like cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, networking, etc.

- A valid CNIC is mandatory.

How this program Works
- Register on the official certification portal: certifications.pitb.gov.pk;
- Select the desired certification.
- Pay the certification fee;
- Upload proof (human research or certificate) after completing the certification.
- The entire fee will be refunded through the official channel after verification.

Program Start and Date
This program was launched on September 25, 2024, at the direction of Chief Minister Punjab, Ms. Maryam Nawaz Sharif, and was implemented by PITB.
Pakistan Point News (UrduPoint) reported on June 18, 2025, that PITB has officially started the refund process.
