BISP 8171 Phase 3 Guide: Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is a major social security program of the Government of Pakistan, which provides financial assistance to low-income families. Phase 3 of BISP was launched in August 2025 to include those who were left out in the earlier phases.
Payment Amount and Schedule
Under BISP 8171 Phase 3, a quarterly amount of Rs. 13,500 is being provided to eligible families. The disbursement of this amount is being done in phases in the month of August, and each family is being informed to collect the amount from the nearest camp or designated agent with their CNIC.

Eligibility Criteria
People who meet the following conditions can join this phase:
- Having Pakistani citizenship and a valid CNIC
- Having a monthly family income of less than Rs 30,000
- Registration in the BISP database or completing a new survey
- Not having a government job
- PMT (Postman Targeting) score within a certain range
- No foreign travel or passport
Special concessions are also given for women who are widowed, disabled, or facing severe financial hardship.

You can get your money from the following sources:
- BISP Camp Points

Remember: No deduction is made on receipt of money. If any agent deducts money, file a complaint immediately
