BISP 8171 Phase 3 Guide: Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is a major social security program of the Government of Pakistan, which provides financial assistance to low-income families. Phase 3 of BISP was launched in August 2025 to include those who were left out in the earlier phases.

- Having Pakistani citizenship and a valid CNIC
- Having a monthly family income of less than Rs 30,000
- Registration in the BISP database or completing a new survey
- Not having a government job
- PMT (Postman Targeting) score within a certain range
- No foreign travel or passport
