This payment was given to those eligible women or families who:
- could not receive the June 2025 installment
- were facing delayed payments due to failure in biometric verification or
- expiry of the identity card
- non-completion of survey (NSER)
- or being blocked or suspended in the system

Who will be eligible for Rs 27,000?
This amount will be given to those who faced one or more of the following issues:
- Failure in biometric verification
- CNIC expired
- NSER dynamic survey not completed
