How to register and check eligibility in BISP 8171
Through SMS:
Type your CNIC number without dashes and send SMS to 8171. You will receive an eligibility notification in a while.
Through the Online portal:
- Go to the BISP portal
- Enter CNIC number
- Click on “Find Out”
- Your status will be displayed
How to get payment in BISP 8171?
- Visit the nearest BISP campsite or school centers to receive payment.
- Money can also be withdrawn through a bank ATM (like HBL or Bank Alfalah).
- Some agents (like JazzCash or EasyPaisa) can also provide money after biometric verification.
