Eligibility Criteria

  1. Be an active member of the BSP Kafalat
  2. Belonging to the following categories:
  • Pregnant woman
  • Breastfeeding mother
  • Child below two years of age (0–23 months)

  • Pakistani citizenship and a poverty score < 32
  • Meeting the necessary health conditions:
  • Monthly health check-up
  • Child vaccinations
  • Attendance at nutrition and hygiene sessions

Required documents

  • Original National Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Child’s B Form (if the child is already born)
  • BISP Kafalat Registration Slip or B.S.P. ID
  • Medical or AMC record for pregnant women
  • Immunization card for children

Registration Procedure

Visit the nearest Nashiksha Center or Government Hospital (DHQ/THQ/BHU)

  • Meet the Lady Health Worker or Official
  • Provide documents: CNIC, B-Form, Medical Certificate
  • Get a biometric and health check-up completed: weight, height, vaccination status, etc.
  • Attend nutrition and hygiene education sessions
  • A Smart Nashiksha Card will be issued, which is used for financial payments and medical records 
  • Registration is free; Avoid any kind of fees or bribes

Financial Assistance (Stipends)

  • Pregnant or Lactating Mother ₹2,000–2,500 per month
  • Son (0–23 months) ₹2,000 per month
  • Daughter (0–23 months) ₹2,500–3,000 per month

Additional Benefits:

  • One-time Child Board Bonus of ₹3,000 on the birth of a daughter
  • ₹500 per session for attendance

Mother and child must attend on time; otherwise, financial assistance may be discontinued
