Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP). Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP) is a national skill training and employment program launched under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). It aims to make BISP eligible families, especially youth and women, economically self-sufficient. Registration and How to Apply
Eligibility Criteria
- Only one person per family (age 18 to 40 years) from the families registered in BISP’s dynamic registry can apply
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th grade) or its equivalent

- Go to your nearest BISP Tehsil Office or designated training center with your original CNIC and active mobile number
- The Tehsil staff will guide you in registering and selecting the course
Selection Process and Verification
- After registration, BISP verifies the applications
- Only eligible and deserving candidates are admitted to the course
- Only one person from a family is admitted to the program
Training Duration and Stipend
- Duration of Courses: Typically 3 to 6 months
- Monthly stipend: Depending on the nature of the course, around Rs. 9,000 to 12,000 or up to Rs. 15,000 in some advanced courses
- Most courses are also provided with toolkits or machinery (e.g., a sewing machine)
