- Under this project, the Punjab government provided loans worth Rs. 57.9 billion to deserving individuals
- Loan facilities were provided on easy installments to keep the prices of houses affordable to the common man
- The loan scheme involved the cooperation of banks and other financial institutions

Construction pace and supervision
- An average of 65 houses are being constructed daily
- All constructions are monitored through modern digital systems to ensure quality and transparency
