First of all, Transgenders should go to their nearest NADRA office and register the gender “Transgender” in their Identity Card. This is a necessary step so that the government legally recognizes their identity.
Visit to Benazir Dynamic Registration Center
After the identity card is updated, the transgender person will have to visit the nearest Benazir Dynamic Registration Center (BISP Office). The staff there will register the transgender person, after which they will be eligible for the program.

After registration is complete, transgender persons can confirm whether they are eligible for assistance by sending their CNIC number to 8171.
