8171 Ehsaas Program CNIC Check New Payment Method of Rs. 13,500. The Government of Pakistan has released a new installment of Rs. 13,500 to eligible families under the Ehsaas/Benazir Kafalat Program. You can get the payment information online or via SMS using your CNIC (National Identity Card Number).
Who is eligible?
The following people may be eligible for this installment:
- People already registered with Ehsaas or BISP
- Whose CNIC is active
- Whose SIM is registered on the same CNIC
- Who has not received a message of being “disqualified”
- People who have joined the new “Dynamic Survey” of BISP

How to check via SMS
- Open the message app on your mobile
- Type your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes)
- Send it to 8171
- After a while, you will receive an SMS stating:
- Are you eligible or not
- Is the amount released or not
- Where is the payment center
This service is available on all mobile networks and is free.
How to check online (web portal)
- Open 8171.bisp.gov.pk on your mobile or computer
- Enter your CNIC number
- Write the code (captcha) given below correctly
- Click on “Find Out.”
You will be presented with complete details of your eligibility and payment

Where to get the money from?
The government has designated various centers for payment:
- Union Council Office
- Government School
- BISP Tehsil Office
- Special Payment Camp
Visit only the center that you have been informed about via 8171 SMS or the website.
What to do if a problem occurs?
If:
You did not receive any message, or the website is showing “Ineligible.”Then follow these steps:
- Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office
- Bring your CNIC and old registration slips
- The staff will recheck your eligibility or resolve the issues
