8171 BISP GOV PK Payment Online
8171 BISP GOV PK Payment Online is an online and SMS based service through which the underprivileged and low-income people in Pakistan can check their BISP or Ehsaas Kafalat Program eligibility and latest installment information of rupees by checking their CNIC number.
How to check CNIC online
- Open a web browser and go to bisp.gov.pk or the 8171 web portal
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC.
- Complete the CAPTCHA recognition.
- Press the Check Eligibility or Check Status button
Your eligibility and current payment status will be displayed on the screen immediately

How to check via SMS?
- Open the message on your mobile.
- Write the CNIC number without dashes
- Send it to 8171.
You will receive an SMS with eligibility and payment status in a few minutes.
Latest payment of July 2025
From July 2, 2025, an installment of ₨13,500 is being given to each eligible family, taking into account
PM Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme Initiative
This amount is for the quarter of April–June 2025. If CNIC, SIM, and biometric are not updated, or there is any system bottleneck (expired ID or outstanding loan), the payment may stop at that time
PMT Score and Eligibility
PMT Score (Proxy Means Test) is calculated in 0–32 or 0–35.
- Must be less than or equal to 32:
- 0–16: High priority (immediate eligibility)
- 17–32: Medium priority (under review)
- 33+: Very wealthy, ineligible families

Where to receive the paid amount?
You can receive ₨13,500 through the following methods:
- HBL Konnect Agents
- Bank Alfalah Agents
- HBL or Bank Alfalah ATM (with biometric verification)
- Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other digital wallets (for future installments)

In the future, the money will be deposited directly into the beneficiary’s wallet through a bank or mobile wallet
This will ease the cases of discovery, fraud, and complaints.
How to register for / NSER survey?
- Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office or NSER Survey Center
- Take your CNIC (and child’s B-Form if applying) with you
- Get your biometrics updated from the data operator
You will receive an SMS under CNIC, which will tell you the PMT score and eligibility
Problems and Solutions
- Double installment is showing, it is just a display bug, only one installment will be received
- SMS not coming, SMS gateway closed? Or is there a SIM-RCNIC mismatch? Call the helpline or check online
- Biometric mismatch. Get biometrics updated from the nearest NADRA/Tehsil Bureaucratic Center
- If you are not eligible, get your NSER survey done again or appeal
Avoid Fraud
- Do not share your password or CNIC with anyone.
- If someone asks to pay a fee or tax, it is #fraud – B.I.S.P. registration is free
- Legal action against the fraudster: 3–10 years imprisonment, under IPC sections 420, 409, 406, 468
